Have always adequate fresh fruit with you. Just in case

I told you since the beginning that you should never be hungry.
It may happen that unexpectedly you feel the impulse to go to the fridge to look for something to eat, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WATCHING TV.
You must have always adequate fruit at home: apples, peaches, strawberries, cherries, plums, kiwis, oranges, nectarines…
Pick a piece in order to satisfy your psychological need.
Drink only water, water with lemon, orange juice o tea (cold or hot), without any sugar or sweetener.
Do not drink isotonic drinks, unless you are doing intense sport. Even then, they can be better replaced by bananas and water. Watch Rafa Nadal, the tennis world number one. Bananas will give you the minerals and sugar you might need.
Avoid energy drinks.
When you go out, put a couple of apples in your bag and a small bottle of mineral water.
