Up to now, you should have acquired new habits, and possibly lost some weight. The first one will lead you to a normal life. Concerning the weight, you may consider that it is not much… but it’s real. You’ll have the same rate of water and minerals, .. or maybe a better rate. And your health will have improved, allowing you to intensify your calories burn process. What is the benefit of a faster and dramatic weight loss if it is mainly water? Those diets can be followed only a very short number of weeks. After this period, your own self defenses make you stop them. Otherwise, you would be in a very serious danger.
Step by step, you will continue becoming to normal size, providing you do not abandon these habits that you should keep for life. And in the meantime you can allow yourself some small liberties in parties, special occasions, etc. And don’t feel guilty, you are not breaking anything!
