Control the second dishes: fish, legumes, lean meat and white of eggs

After the first two weeks of the Mediterranean Diet plan, the most important habits to acquire were:

1) Start with a big salad or with a big dish of boiled vegetables.

2) Choose a type of aerobic exercise and implement it.

3) Try to walk as much as possible, climb as many stairs as possible and do the daily abdominals activity.




Now we have to go a step further:

It’s controlling the second dishes.

You can continue eating what you like, but, don’t forget, after the big salad or vegetables, and with preference fish, legumes, lean meat and white of eggs.

Eat only artisan bread and not so much.

Remove the fat from your foods. For instance, if you have not time to cook and buy a roast chicken, eat a quarter without any gravy and put the rest in the refrigerator. Later, you will se clearly what is fat and what is clean jelly. Remove the first one and throw it to the dustbin.

Don’t let your dog eat it.

For dessert, eat fresh fruit (and nuts, but not many)
