Eat accompanied

Try to eat accompanied
Eating alone is not a good habit. Neither is it eating in front of the television, computer or reading. In these cases, you will eat quicker than normal and much more than you may think.
You should eat at a table, sitting in a chair and never standing up.
If you eat accompanied by another person you can relax, talk and eat slower than alone.
You should avoid discussions and topics that might worry you. This is why when eating with team mates, you should forget everything about your common work.
Unless you are in a business lunch or dinner!
