The best way to control what you eat is to cook yourself

The best way to control your diet is cooking your meals yourself, or ask to somebody you trust to do it for yourself. Mediterranean Diet is based on domestic cooking. Processed food, take away shops and fast food restaurant are spoiling the Mediterranean lifestyle. I know you may not have the time for preparing your own meals, but you must be sure of what you eat. Ban trans fats, excess of saturated fats and food additives. Even the French fries can be either a highly contaminated product or a safe food. It depends on the oil you use and the process of frying them.

Be careful. Watch your meal production!
